"I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Lucas, and what truly sets him apart is his heart. He cares deeply about the people around him and leads with empathy and trust. At the same time, he never loses sight of what’s best for the company, consistently making thoughtful decisions that serve the bigger picture. His impact goes far beyond the work itself, it’s felt in the people around him."
